The Faculty Quality Assurance Unit (UPMF) is an implementing element in the faculty quality assurance management field that plays a role in the functions of planning, designing and developing, implementing, documenting, measuring, analyzing and improving the quality management system in the faculty environment.
Main Tasks
Supervising, monitoring and implementing SPMI and the implementation of SPMI in the Faculty through the PPEPP cycle as an extension of PPM.Supervising, monitoring and implementing SPME through accreditation and certification.
Providing reports and input to the dean regarding the implementation of Quality Assurance in the faculty, while coordinating with PPM.Assisting the implementation in the Faculty.
Providing information to the dean regarding new provisions and rules set by PPM.
Coordinating with TPMPS in implementing the provisions in the Quality Assurance System.
Other matters in accordance with the policy.
The Authority of the Faculty Quality Assurance Unit is to Change and improve the provisions in Quality Assurance according to the latest version and then ratified by the head of the Center for new provisions and rules set by PPM.
Coordinate with UPMPF in implementing the provisions in Quality Assurance.
Reporting the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) periodically in each semester
Reporting the results of monitoring lectures in the 4th week and the 12th week to UPMF and then reporting to PPM
Other matters in accordance with the policy
